Shiley™ pediatric oral-nasal endotracheal tube with TaperGuard™ cuff
The Shiley™ Pediatric Oral-Nasal Endotracheal Tube with TaperGuard™ Cuff is designed to meet the anatomical needs of pediatric patients and support secure airway management. It features clinically appropriate tube lengths based on patient size, anatomically positioned depth markings, and glottic print marks to assist with placement. The tube incorporates a shorter, inverted TaperGuard™ cuff designed for low-pressure sealing within the trachea, while the cuff’s positioning helps reduce pressure on tracheal tissues. A hooded tip is provided on the 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm sizes for use in the smallest airways. The tube also includes a radiopaque filament for X-ray visibility, Magill curve for insertion, and a standard 15 mm connector for respiratory and anaesthesia equipment.
