Star Sentinel
The Etac Star Sentinel, powered by Kalogon, is an intelligent air management system designed for compatible single-chamber air-cell wheelchair cushions. It continuously monitors cushion air pressure against a clinically set level and automatically adjusts the air volume to compensate for changes in altitude and environmental conditions. The system also alerts the user when it detects potential issues, helping reduce the need for routine manual pressure checks and hand pumping. Compact and lightweight, the Sentinel is designed to fit into the front pocket of compatible Star cushions. An optional Bluetooth-connected app allows users to access additional settings and control options throughout the day. When paired with the Star StabilAir cushion, Sentinel combines automatic pressure management with a stable seating design, supporting convenient wheelchair use across different environments. It is rechargeable and designed to help simplify everyday cushion maintenance.
