How would you describe your role at HC21?

I work in HR, partnering with leaders and colleagues to create an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work. I’m particularly passionate about shaping a culture where inclusion isn’t just encouraged – it’s felt.

Reshma Koshy

Do you feel you can be yourself at work? In what ways?

I feel very much part of the team and the HC21 family. There is a genuine honesty and integrity within HC21 group and this has bled down into the surgical team due to the people that went before me. The teams desire to grow the business but ultimately help and support the patient is a principle of mine that I have carried the last two decades working in human health, so this has allowed me to express my true self as a colleague and manager as it encompasses some of my values as a person.

Eamonn O'Hara

How would you describe the team culture in three words, and why those words?

Supportive, Collaborative and Professional. Supportive as colleagues are always willing to help and share knowledge. Collaborative because we work closely together to achieve common goals. Professional because there is a strong commitment to delivering high quality service and maintaining excellent standards.

Stacey Shanhan

Which benefits or perks do you personally value most, and why?

Flexibility stands out for me as it shows trust and respect. Beyond that, the strong culture, engagement initiatives, and the range of supports available show that wellbeing and inclusion are genuinely prioritised. It’s a company that invests in its people long term.

Michele Murphy

The best thing about working here is…

The people and the sense of shared purpose. There’s a real feeling that everyone is working towards something meaningful together.
