GORE® ACUSEAL Vascular Graft

The GORE® ACUSEAL Vascular Graft is a tri-layer, heparin-bonded ePTFE vascular graft designed for arteriovenous (AV) access in hemodialysis patients. Engineered for early cannulation, it enables vascular access within 24 hours of implantation, allowing for earlier removal or avoidance of central venous catheters (CVCs). The graft combines an elastomeric middle layer for low-bleed access with CBAS® Heparin Surface Technology to support long-term patency and thromboresistance.
