GORE® CARDIOFORM Septal Occluder

The GORE® CARDIOFORM Septal Occluder is a permanently implanted, conformable device designed for the percutaneous, transcatheter closure of patent foramen ovale (PFO) and ostium secundum atrial septal defects (ASDs). Its flexible design is intended to naturally conform to a patient’s individual septal anatomy, supporting closure across a broad range of PFO anatomies. The delivery system allows the device to be deployed, assessed, repositioned and retrieved before final release, supporting accurate placement during the procedure.
