GORE® PRECLUDE® Pericardial Membrane

GORE® PRECLUDE® Pericardial Membrane is an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane designed for the repair or reconstruction of the pericardium during adult and paediatric cardiac surgery. Its low tissue-attachment properties are designed to minimise adhesion between the membrane and surrounding cardiac structures, helping to facilitate future re-entry and reoperation. The membrane can also be used in conjunction with ventricular assist devices where pericardial reconstruction is required.
