Nikon ECLIPSE E100
Nikon ECLIPSE E100 is an educational upright microscope designed for teaching, routine laboratory research and general microscopy applications. It combines Nikon’s CFI infinity optical system with high-intensity LED Eco-illumination to provide bright, uniform images across the field of view. Dedicated Plan objectives help deliver flat, sharp images with reduced distortion, while optional phase contrast and darkfield accessories support observation of transparent and unstained specimens. The E100 features a simple, easy-to-use design, coaxial coarse/fine focusing and a mechanical stage for smooth specimen positioning. Binocular and trinocular configurations are available, with the trinocular tube supporting digital camera attachment. Nikon has discontinued the ECLIPSE E100 and recommends the ECLIPSE Ei as its replacement.
