Nikon Eclipse LV150N Industrial Upright Microscope
The Nikon ECLIPSE LV150N LED is a modular upright industrial microscope designed for semiconductor, electronic component and material inspection using reflected-light techniques. Its flexible configuration supports multiple episcopic contrast methods, including brightfield, darkfield, polarising, DIC, epi-fluorescence and two-beam interferometry. The system combines Nikon CFI60-2 objectives with a high colour-rendering LED light source offering an estimated 50,000-hour life. Digital Sight cameras and NIS-Elements software enable high-definition image capture, measurement and analysis. The LV150N LED can also integrate with the NWL200 wafer loader for semiconductor wafer inspection.
