Nikon N-STORM Super-Resolution Microscope System

Nikon N-STORM is a single-molecule-based super-resolution microscope system designed for high-precision imaging of molecular structures and interactions at the nanoscale. Using Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM), it provides approximately 20 nm lateral and 50 nm axial resolution, delivering up to ten times the resolution of conventional light microscopy. The system supports 2D and 3D STORM imaging, including 3D-Stack acquisition for thicker specimens. High-speed imaging, multi-colour capability and an 80 × 80 µm wide field of view support dynamic and detailed biological imaging. N-STORM can also be combined with Nikon confocal systems to enable seamless switching between large-scale contextual imaging and super-resolution analysis.
