Nikon Photostimulation & TIRF
Nikon Ti2-LAPP is a modular illumination system designed to add advanced TIRF, photostimulation, photobleaching and super-resolution capabilities to Ti2 inverted microscopes. Its flexible architecture allows different illumination modules to be combined according to specific research requirements. Available options include fully automated, motorized and manual TIRF modules, N-STORM super-resolution, DMD patterned illumination, FRAP, XY galvo photostimulation and large-field epi-fluorescence. Up to five illumination modules can be integrated using the Ti2 stratum structure, supporting applications such as live-cell imaging, single-molecule studies, protein dynamics, optogenetics and multi-angle TIRF imaging.
