In 2022, we have forged a strong partnership with Rebel Wheelers, a Cork based Sports Organisation for people with disability. Rebel Wheelers are proud to have both adult and children basketball, rugby and athletics teams; and their mission is to empower people with disability to be the best that they can be.
We can learn so much from the Rebel Wheelers: when we feel part of something special, we can achieve whatever we set our minds’ to. People with disability don’t want our pity, they want to feel like they belong, that they are included. Unity is one of our key themes and we are better together in ’22.
