Novel oesophageal stent to reduce migration from TaeWoong Medical

The Taewoong Niti-S Double Oesophageal Stent is the ONLY fully-covered oesophageal stent with an uncovered outer sleeve to reduce migration, prevent tumour ingrowth and reduce the need for reintervention.

“We have adopted the Niti-S Double Oesophageal Stent for the management of oesophageal malignancy due to a notable reduction in stent migration rates from 22% with our previous stent to 4% following the change. The stent’s anti-migration design offers significantly more consistent anchorage, and it’s user-friendly deployment system allows for controlled placement with the option to resheath if necessary. These practical features have made it a reliable choice in our upper GI stenting practice.”
