HC21 Achieves Disability Confident Employer Status

We are really pleased to announce that Healthcare 21 UK has been officially certified as a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer. This certification is an important recognition for Healthcare 21 UK as it reflects the inclusive workplace we are committed to building, one where disabled colleagues and candidates feel genuinely welcomed, supported and able to thrive.

To achieve Disability Confident Level 2 Employer status, we took several practical steps to demonstrate and strengthen our commitment to inclusion, including:

• Reviewing and improving our recruitment processes to ensure they are fair, accessible, and inclusive for people with disabilities
• Actively offering reasonable adjustments at every stage of employment
• Training all employees to better understand disability, inclusion, and how to provide effective support
• Creating a supportive workplace environment where employees feel comfortable disclosing a disability and requesting support
• Demonstrating how we attract, develop, and retain all talent in the business regardless of ability or disability

As we have been awarded this certification, we can communicate being a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer by including welcoming statements and the Disability Confident logo on all job adverts and display the logo on our website.  We are also listed on the Government listing of companies who have been awarded.
