Healthcare 21 is committed to providing product training and supporting continued education for our customers and clients. Dedicated product educators lead our training with in-depth product knowledge and the best evidence-based practice. The goal of our training is to optimise product usage to support clinical practice and ultimately patient care. Training is carried out in clinical settings, workshops and formal in-depth training courses are certified. Our YouTube channel offers a wide range of short educational videos that allow our customers and clients flexible access to product training demonstrations.

A truly wonderful and informative course, the Aquilant team are knowledgeable, professional but above all friendly. I was booked onto the Care and Maintenance of Flexible Endoscopes as, in my capacity of Sterile Services Deputy Manager I prepare for the centralisation of decontamination. The course provided me with enough information to underpin the theory of what I had already learned to help me understand everything from the endoscope functionality to troubleshooting problems. I have begun to embed my learning in to my workplace seeing the whole process with ‘new eyes’. This course is a must for all sterile services staff embarking on the centralisation of decontamination.

Myself and a colleague attended the Aquilant City & Guilds accredited course and found to our delight it was all relevant to our positions as endoscopy assistants.
