STERN FIX is a carbon‑fibre reinforced PEEK‑OPTIMA™ device that provides rigid, bone‑like sternal stabilisation following sternotomy. It is designed to maintain continuous compression during healing and reduce the risk of bone cut‑through and sternal complications. Cleared by the FDA under the 510(k) pathway and CE‑marked for use in Europe, it offers a needle‑free, easy‑to‑use solution for cardiac surgery teams. The system is designed to support faster patient recovery, improve post‑operative comfort, and deliver improved long‑term clinical outcomes.
