It was good to connect with everyone last week, albeit “virtually”, and I hope that you too enjoyed getting together as much as I did.

During the National Sales Conference and Town Hall events we reviewed 2020, reflecting on our achievements as well as the challenges that we faced last year. Whilst some of the UK Businesses suffered commercially others did well and overall we are in a good position heading into 2021.

Last year more than any other it is important to acknowledge our achievements and success, however it is also with great humility, compassion and gratitude that we recognise many other people, families and businesses have not fared so well. I was immensely proud of how we supported the NHS and each other as the crisis unfolded last year and we look forward with optimism to sunnier times ahead.

I hope that you, your families and loved ones keep safe during these challenging times.
