With its highly experienced and fully qualified team of Field based, Service and Validation Engineers, Healthcare 21 Group provides engineering and technical services across a wide range of advanced instrument reprocessing products in the Healthcare sector. These supportive products include bedpan washers, washer disinfectors, steam sterilisers, ultrasonic washers and sealable pouch heat sealers.

Our highly experienced Engineers undertake full Manufacturer Training on all products and are recertified regularly to ensure skills are relevant and they are equipped with the latest technical information. Validation Engineers are trained to HTM and EN Standards for periodic and annual Validation testing of Instrument reprocessing products.

OEM parts are used throughout, ensuring compliance with Manufacturer guidance and a large inventory of parts ensure equipment downtime is minimised.

We use our Asset Management System, AssetTrak, to track and trace each process/movement that occurs to each Device and both a full Service/Repair and Electrical Safety Test Report are furnished to the customer every time a device is seen by the Engineering Team. All test equipment used by the Team is maintained and calibrated to the required standards annually and calibration certificates can be provided if requested.
