Infinite F50 Absorbance Reader

The Infinite F50 and Infinite F50 Robotic absorbance plate readers, together with Magellan data analysis software, are ideal solutions for photometric measurements of ELISAs and kinetic assays in the 400 to 750 nm wavelength range. The systems’ innovative design combines eight measurement channels with long-life LED lamps for fast parallel reading and minimal maintenance costs.

LIS option

The hand-held barcode scanner included in the LIS option is a time-saving and convenient tool for reading barcoded sample or plate IDs.

It provides automated data transfer into Magellan software and data export to a LIS in ASCII and ASTM formats.

 

Additional filters

The standard filter configuration of the Infinite® F50 and Infinite F50 Robotic plate readers enables absorbance measurements at 405, 450, 492 and 620 nm.
